TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HLH Skate Analysis, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HLH Skate Analysis provides AI-powered hockey skating analysis. Users upload video footage and the Service uses computer vision and AI to analyze skating mechanics and provide feedback, scores, drills, and training plans.

3. Eligibility and Parental Consent

All accounts for players under 18 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account for a minor, you confirm you are their parent or guardian and consent to collection of their data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscription and Billing

• The Service is $99/month per player, billed through Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at end of the billing period — no refunds for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

5. Video Upload and Data

• You grant HLH Skate Analysis a license to store, process, and analyze videos you upload.
• Videos may be retained to improve AI accuracy and will never be shared with third parties.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hlhskateanalysis@gmail.com.

6. AI-Generated Content

Analysis reports, scores, and training plans are AI-generated and provided for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified coach for professional instruction.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload videos containing illegal content or videos of others without consent.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service.
• Do not share account credentials with others.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided as-is. HLH Skate Analysis is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 30 days.
