1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HLH Skate Analysis, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HLH Skate Analysis provides AI-powered hockey skating analysis. Users upload video footage and the Service uses computer vision and AI to analyze skating mechanics and provide feedback, scores, drills, and training plans.

2. ACCURACY DISCLAIMER

Analysis results are estimates based on computer vision technology and are directly dependent on video quality, camera angle, lighting, distance from camera, and other filming conditions. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be used as the sole basis for athletic training decisions. HLH Skate Analysis makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any analysis results.

For best results, follow the filming guidelines provided on our website. Poor video quality, incorrect camera angles, partial body visibility, or multiple people in frame may significantly affect the accuracy of results. No refunds will be issued due to inaccurate results caused by video quality issues.

3. BIOMETRIC DATA CONSENT

By uploading a video to HLH Skate Analysis, you explicitly consent to the collection and processing of biomechanical movement data derived from the video. This includes body joint angles, stride measurements, movement patterns, and other physical performance metrics. This data is used solely to provide skating analysis services and to improve our AI models. We do not sell biometric data to third parties.

4. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

The analysis, scores, drills, and training recommendations provided by HLH Skate Analysis are for athletic performance purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new training program. HLH Skate Analysis is not responsible for any injuries that may result from following training recommendations.

5. Eligibility and Parental Consent

All accounts for players under 18 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account for a minor, you confirm you are their parent or guardian and consent to collection of their data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using this service you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

6. Free Trial

One free trial analysis is available per household, identified by email address and device. Free trial results are provided as-is with no guarantee of accuracy. HLH Skate Analysis reserves the right to terminate free trial access at any time.

7. Subscription and Billing

• The Service is $99/month per player, billed monthly through Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. New subscribers who are not satisfied with the analysis or platform may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment by contacting us at henrik@hlhskateanalysis.com. Refund requests after 7 days are not eligible.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to your registered email.
• Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of service.

5. Video Upload and Data

• You grant HLH Skate Analysis a license to store, process, and analyze videos you upload.
• Videos may be retained to improve AI accuracy and will never be shared with third parties.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hlhskateanalysis@gmail.com.

6. AI-Generated Content

Analysis reports, scores, and training plans are AI-generated and provided for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified coach for professional instruction.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload videos containing illegal content or videos of others without consent.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service.
• Do not share account credentials with others.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided as-is. HLH Skate Analysis is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 30 days.
